Bahare Mushroom Rice

I was searching ways to kill my Sunday boredom and it finally ended up in cooking something new for lunch..So here goes my recipe for Ba hare Mushroom Rice.

Cooked Rice - 1 cup ( Add 1tsp oil and salt while cooking rice)
Button Mushroom - 200gm
Coriander - 1 small bunch

Then make a paste of below items
Shallots - 9-10
Garlic - 2 cloves
Green chilly - 1
Tomato - 2
Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2tsp
Salt to taste

Add little of oil(1-2tbsp) in the pan.
When it's hot add the sliced mushrooms.
Saute it for 2 to 3 min till it turns shiny.
Now add our paste mix into the mushrooms. Turn the stove to medium flame.
Now cook till bubbles come in the gravy.
After that add the cooked rice. Mix it properly and cook for 2-3 min. Our rice is done now!

For garnish:
Fried onions and cherry tomatoes sauted in 1tsp of ghee ya oil.
Coriander chopped.

For Fish fry:
I made a paste of
Ginger, Garlic, Red chilies - 3( Boiled in hot water for 20 min) & Salt.
Keep marinated fish for 30 min.
Apply the rava on both sides of the fish before frying.

So here goes my final outcome...
